The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore. We were able to enjoy delicious hot beverages at the nearby Cafe de Paris. Our twin room provided us with a lovely view of the mountains. The cozy bed and bathtub added to our comfort during our stay.

The rooms were beautifully maintained and mine was functional with a balcony and good mountain view and very cozy beds;))

The staff at Hotel Bernerhof are amazingly great with a fantastic attitude. The location of the hotel is marvellous and awesome, making it easy to explore Interlaken due to its proximity to a train station. There are lovely nearby Terrace Restaurants, providing a great place to chill out.

The hotel's central location was convenient with easy access to the main shopping street, various restaurants, and shops. the room had a modern design and offered a stunning view of the mountains.

Got a decent size and well-maintained triple room with a good view of jungfrau peak as expected, thoroughly enjoyed it. There were coffee/tea making machines and fridges upon arrival. The hotel location was excellent and unbeatable near a Co Op shop where you can get supplies.

The breakfast was particularly nice with many selections of bread, scrambled eggs, and fruits. the team was nice and kept the space clean. - Had a decent stay on our Swiss holiday. - the hotel's team kept the breakfast area clean and had a nice selection of food. My Swiss holiday stay here was decent.

This venue is incredibly beautiful and quiet with welcoming staff, especially the receptionist, nice food, hot drinks, spacious and updated rooms with an excellent view.

This venue is amazing, conveniently located near Trummelbach falls, the train and bus stations, and the town, with the central district being a must-see.

- Unfortunately no bathtub. - Shower rather small, but it was enough for 1 night. - Fitted sheet had holes, should the cleaner see. - Breakfast buffet did not meet my requirements for this price

This place has a great location near the train and bus stations, as well as restaurants, and it's also within walking distance to a nearby museum.

The location at Interlaken West station is ideal for all activities. The centre of Interlaken is also just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel has a modern, well-kept interior with functioning equipment. A kettle is also available. The tip-top breakfast (already from 07 am) makes the perfect overall impression. The hotel can be recommended without hesitation

The hotel met all my needs, I totally recommend it. The property was spotlessly clean, the staff was always helpful. My room had its own balcony and storage space. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of sausages and bread. The location was very central, close to the train and bus stations, shopping area, restaurants, and had a beautiful view of the mountains.

A newly remodelled hotel in Interlaken with attentive staff especially the Receptionist. Functional room with nice view and a balcony and mini fridge and delicious breakfast to start the day. Variety of options, good food. Early check-in, parking behind the property. Everything fantastic. Incredible base for exploring Interlaken.
